Chambers PTSA is collecting names of people who would like to volunteer for a
variety of activities that will start this fall. If you would like to be involved in any of the
activities listed below, please indicate where you prefer to participate and
return this form with your other first day packet information. If you have any questions, feel free to
contact the office and they will put you in contact with the volunteer
